Meet Pastor Les Sanders

OUR PASTOR:
Brother Lester Sanders was born December 7,1950 in Cincinnati, Ohio and was born again in 1962 at Loveland 1st Southern Baptist Church. He graduated from Loveland High School in 1969. Married to his high school sweetheart Sue Fleshman in 1970 and worked for Cincinnati Bell Telephone until 1994. In 1975 Pastor and Sue were baptized in the Holy Spirit while in the Baptist church. His call to the ministry of pastor came while being a board member at Montgomery Assembly of God in 1980, and in 1981, was credentialed through the Ohio District of the Assemblies of God and appointed pastor to Calvary Assembly of God in South Lebanon, Ohio. In 1985 he completed the Ministerial Studies through the Berean School of the Bible (Global University), ordained through the General Council of the Assemblies in 1986. Pastor Les was called to be our pastor in 1987 with a clear call that this was the will of God for him and his family. Pastor and Sue have two grown children, Tonya and Gabriel. They have also been blessed with six grandchildren. Ever since the time of Pastor Les' salvation, he has been involved in the church teaching, singing, and leading as the Lord has directed.
